The Pure Yoga Wellbeing Centre offers local - studio classes and online classes, to different levels and is suitable for everyone. Our space is safe, peaceful and supportive for you to learn and explore your practice. 

We are complying with QLD health protocol to keep everyone safe and limiting our classes to the max of 10 students. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and towel to use our bolsters at the studio.

What kind of yoga we teach?
The Pure Yoga Wellbeing Centre is a traditional Hatha Yoga school and offers the traditional contents of yoga for beginners level, intermediate level and advanced level. 
Hatha yoga is the mother of all modern yoga styles, and part of our teachings is yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and more.
